Rally Obedience Level I - ONLINE Application FOrm

If you are notified that you are in the class, for the first week of class, please bring the following:

• Cash or check (made payable to BDTA - you will not participate in class until your payment is made)
• Proof of Vaccinations (Rabies and DHLLPP)
• Proof of Parasite check
• Training collar and leash (we do have some collars and leashes for sale at the building)
• Crate for your dog 
• Water for your dog
• Small treats as rewards for your dog
